Intense thoughts trudging on,
Never stopping their relentless march.
Covering their paper in mindless words,
Only to encounter a block in their journey.
Meanings are jumbled as they
Pause, the train of musing
Left behind and scattered.
Effectiveness has now worn off, only to leave a
Torn mind in the dark hoping to
Eventually complete a work of feeling.
Demolishing things in their wake, they tear through your sleep.
Reviving what you thought was lost,
Everything you know they keep.
Always speeding through like nothing, they don't merely seem a memory.
Meeting with your subconscious,
Soon to be only forgotten history.
Finding out new mysteries,
Aflame your mind will be,
Nighttime escapades and battles,
Turning to see a wizard flee-
Aflutter with hopes of magic,
Stimulating you for what you will see, and
Yet it may never be.
