I want a new pen name using the word Dragon,
A simple request won’t set the tongues waggin.
Every time I think of something I like as a name,
Someone has taken it, so mine cant be the same.
Dragonslayer, lover, prince, Welsh, cyber and blue,
Sleeping, white, gold, silver, all of the colours too.
It’s becoming so hard for me to work out my name,
Excluding Dragon ears, and of course even flame.
I thought it would be easy, a few minutes at least,
This simple mission has made my brow creased.
There are no more colours, or pieces that are left.
I can’t obtain one honestly and I cant think of theft.
I’ll get to the bottom but it’s sure making me glum,
There is only one name left : - Fat Dragon’s Bum.

Naaa Bazza will do. I was just making fun at myself because I had the bkues and so if I laugh at myself then no one gets offended. Another saying of mine Laugh with me but not at me.

Aww..Barry, I'm sure we can find you a dragon family and name to boot, if you wish. You should've asked me, problem solving is one of my specialities. I'm actually an AP family pet myself. I kinda like it, no expectations especially since I'm housebroken (smile). This is cute..you were on a roll, I see.

The dragon one is just poking fun at myself because I was on a downer. -
lol. the second poem i read from you, and frankly....i'm still laughing from the last one i read 9i do plan to go to sleep tonight, but sleep just flew out the window.
and i am glad you turned a ...not so good of a day...into something fun, "not feeling sorry."
I really enjoyed this, how you took something like changing a name, and the dragon world domination... and made such a poem out of it. and it flows well too. YAY. lol. great job -
Thanks for the lovely comment but I was down in the dumps that day and instead of feeling sorry for myself I decided to take the mickey out of ME !!! and it worked ... the I did several more of other poets .. some still to come ... and ended up all day having the ball of my life especially when Sandygram and Ellis all got in the act. Trouble is, everyone thinks I was serious in changing my name and I have spent so much time trying to convince them it was only a joke (on me !!)

Naaaa I won't change it ... just having fun. I wrote several yesterday so there are more coming (if the recipient agrees to it being posted), and I have to do one for a comp. Maybe I'll write about you or Von !!! lol !!

Australian DRAGON's a'plenty here. Bearded Dragon, Dragon Fly, Lunar Dragon, then I have to ask is the dragon fat or is it the bum that looks big in this?

Now I have to convince everyone it was only a joke wanting to change my name !!! Someone came up with pissed off dragon which finally evolved to HOT Dragon's Piss, specially for the Free Verse fraternity because it sounds so profound, and etheral, and just so many hidden meanings ... lol oh bloody lol !! -

It makes me frown and somehow almost seems uncouth
A "Fat Dragon's Bum" would be too big to see to boot

I think your name is just fine. I like the name Bazza just becausa. It rolls off the tongue and I've always like zzzzzzzs. No need to change for you no one will know who you are and changing your name makes you look fickle and that could put you in a pickle, or as a sour puss. lol
