Who are the animals here?
The bear, Wolf, Human or deer?
What is "civilized",
A rain forest full of lush green trees;
or polluted clouds in the so called cities?
A mothers love cant be beat
Human and wolf alike;
both protect from cold and heat.
what we wouldn't do for our little tike.
Population is the issue,
Human kind has that problem too.
Do we kill off Humans, cause we are too many!
So - right to life is selfishly human you see?
Who has more rights to be on this earth,
what species has given this world what shes really worth,
The care she actually deserves.
God intended his creatures to live how,
Do you think he's happy with us now?
Who are the animals here?
The Bear, Wolf, human or Deer?
Alaska take notice! There are other ways,
you can ship them anywhere these days.
I've raised some before, i can do it again;
send them to me: I'll be their friend!
Author notes
Im sure there are plenty of zoos (example)that have room for them,
killing them is not the only answer. Thats just Wrong,
lazy and cheap! God entrusted us with this
earth as a gift, one we have to be responsible for.
~Arial Killings of Wolves (or any animal)~ They have No recourse for self defense & It's Just cruel,I undertstand that Alaska* may be over run at the moment~ But that is NOT the answer.

Thought Provoking
God when painted hills, river and land
Adam and Eve came to stay
But loneliness was their friend
So Lord send few others
Animals and creatures of all kind
To stay by their side
To be living freely
as God had intended
But little the creator knew
the demons were lurking around
His best worst creation
Us, the humans
who live by and for themselves
Were soon to walk all over lives of others
Over population is our biggest problem
So we set our eyes on animal kingdom
Erode away rain forests
Making barren lands cry their tears
Cost of our living
we make poor animals pay
So we can thrive on their blood money
Killing for pleasure
or Not enough humanity left
What ever the reason may be
We know how to kill animals
and find our best excuses.

This has great issues to discuss! Your poem brings the serious matter to light. A nature lover myself, I like it very much! Good job.

Wow, amazing poem that I truly agree with. I like the ending of the poem, it's so sympathic. This poem shows much compassion and empathy. Well done.

Blessed Be,

Thank you for your entry
Wolves roamed those lands long before humans touched it. That is the problem with people, particularly the white man. They will destroy, kill, or move anything that keeps them from having more space. We need to learn to cohabitate with the animals. They deserve to be just as much if not more than we do.
Wa-do(Thanks)& God Bless

Well, I don't know that I would recommend a zoo. That's definitely not any natural environment I think any animal should have, but I do agree that there are other alternatives. Humans are selfish creatures, putting themselves higher than any other living thing on this planet. When will we wake up and realize that we share this planet, not own it?
Thank you for sharing, and good luck! -
I completely agree with this poem. You stated good points. Humans are now lazy and cheap. We now think that we can control nature when nature controls us.
-
you hit it a heck of a good shot.. many states wold be willing to have them ..I am sure.. Pa I know has very few wolves..if any..I have not seen or heard..but good suggestions keep writing good luck..Linda
