and I want to join the celebration.

the extent of your prideful elation.

Sweet little angel to hold in your arms,
must be the best gift to have this year.
Just thinking about the lump in your throat,
brings to me a stinging kind of tear.

Congratulations on your milestone,

    I bet this will be one of Lauretta's grandpa's best birthdays ever. No doubt he will love this poem of well wishes-I'vew always felt like you could publish your birthday poems into popular birthday cards and then I could illustrate them for you. I think I've made that proposition to you before and I'm still waiting....waiting...fading...fa.... (I just know you can make us both rich, yeha!!!)

    Darling Sam, a wonderful Birthday wish you have written.
    I never had a grandpa and I feel I've missed out on some wonderful experiences. My Mum and my Dad both lost their Father's when they were both aged fourteen.
