The years of all thats suppose to be fun
but how can it when you have parents that won't let you run
Sitting and wondering why these years have to be so hard
Especially when you have people who still treat you like a baby and retard
A time to be free with wild and crazy friends
Unless your parents continue to put that to an end
A time to grow up and have privacy and wanting to be left alone
people still tell you what to do because remember you're not grown
Wanting your way and barely trusted
Maybe teenage years are meant to be hard and rusted
A time close to adulthood and joy of sharing tears
Thats probably why so much emotion is invovled during teenage years
