Afternoon (Canoeing Part III)

Sweat drips down an aching back,
Tired arms continue stroking, as they had been for hours.
Shining brightly on exhausted boaters,
The sun starts to fall in the sky,
Turning a rich orange and
Bringing a new energy,
That comes with the knowledge that
The day is nearly done.
