Missing

Things twist
They change
They distort
And rearrange
I thought I knew you
I thought I knew what you would become
But you went off and left me here
Watching after you
With sad eyes
I see the child you were
My best friend
My creator
My enchanter
My everything
Our destiny was known
But now its over
Because of one mistake
One simple word
One slip up
You left me here
Siting in the dirt
Watching after you
Watching what you've become
I don't like it
I miss you
I miss us
I miss the phantoms of what we were
Cause that's all that's left
A mere phantom of a memory
Its all gone, never to return
So what am I missing?
Maybe we never existed

Ah man, you ruined my fun. Now what am I going to hold against you?

Just kidding. Very nice poem you got there. Your words are well picked, flow well together, and fit into a puzzle you created of your imagination. Again, very nice hun. Why can't I write as good as you?

    Love you Ash!
