True Friends

True Friends are something that are hard to find
Some friends are not so true and can be playing with our mind

Emotion, strength and love holds a true friendship
thats why friendship contributes a tight grip

True friends are trustworthy to one another
Many times more trustworthy than a sister or brother

Friendship is something that sometimes is hard to break
But most times a lie or screw-up is all it takes

True Friends will stick together through thick and thin
No matter what, that friendship will never end

I do like this, but disagree about the brother sister thing. When you are young it might be a competition thing. Later in life your siblings will be there for you through thick and thin, or at least mine are and I hope you find that out too! Thanks for your comment on my poem, The Shaker

true friends are indeed hard to find. when you do find them though make sure to never let go and remember to forgive and forget. people make stupid mistakes alot of the times they key part is to reconigze the differance between a mistake and a habit.

i just realized that was more advice than a comment on the poem. i like the poem though i didnt pick up on a rythm. rythm matters much less than the actual message of this poem though. keep on writting man.
