A Wolf's Prey

Splashing toward the ocean,
He eyes the almost ice-cold food
Flipping furiously to get away.

    Hungry Like the Wolf!!!!!!!!

Deb, All I could think of here was Duran Duran, Hungry Like the Wolf. Sounds like that one was going after a salmon there. This was short and very concise. Nature's food chain in action. You produced some wonderful imagery with a few words and I could feel that ice cold water chilling me to the bone. Thank you for sharing the gift of your pen with us. You are so attuned to nature, I believe you are one with it. Keep it flowing. Love and God bless, Joyce
