Demons In My Soul

Demons lie within my soul
Suffocating life from me
Carry me off to the unknown
Where I no longer can be free

Take my body, take my heart
For inside I'm torn and tattered
Played for a fool again
I never really mattered

This soul is dark, turned to stone
And thrown within a cage
Locked up solid, eternally
I''m just another page

End of chapter, close the book
A fading memory
As the demons deep within my soul
Suffocate the life from me

    So beautiful and painful.
    I kinda felt myself involved in the poem.
