Being with you,
is like a dream come true.
my heart is finally,
beating strong and true.
for you have pieced together,
the shattered remains,
of my broken heart.
put meaning into a life,
that was meaningless,
put hope,
back into hopeless,
made crazy sane.
you make me feel,
like me again.
being with you,
I feel whole,
instead of broken in two.
I feel worthwhile,
instead of worthless.
you have made me, in a sense,
but you also hold the power,
to break me.

it's not too good,

This poem is very touching, also, and although I don't believe in true love, its a great write. I used to dream about a guy who could make me feel like that... It won't happen, but like my peom said, I don't need it too. I hope your love lasts, and I hope he doesn't break you. I had a few people like that in my life, and they all left, but that doesn't mean thats going ot happen to you.

wow. great work. very good display of emotion. the flow of it is really good. the thing that i like about it is the pattern. it gives the poem it's own unique edge, in my humble opionion. and the line "but you also hold the power,
to break me." is very powerful and moving. this is realy good.

It's beautiful when a person can find that true love and let the heart beat endlessly in pure emotions. It makes me happy knowing people are still falling in love in the world!

Awesome write! I love it! I can relate to this a lot. I know these feelings very well. I love how you say that this person did all those wonderful things, yet they still hold the power to break you.
