The sun that rises every day
The green grass where children play
When birds chirp their tunes so fair
Where squirrels frolic without a care
Beauty is...
The stars lit bright in the midnight sky
White puffy clouds drifting by
The petals of flowers blooming wide
Birds and bees flying side by side
Beauty is...
The gentle rain of spring time morn
The wonders of all life being born
Sounds of waves crashing against the shore
Eagles, on open wings that soar
Beauty is...
A smile upon an elder's face
A dancer in her simple grace
A person reaching out to touch
That friend in need of so very much
Beauty is...
Everything, all around
There is no where beauty cannot be found
For ALL things hold beauty inside
It's in the mind where ugliness resides
So no matter what the world's eyes may see
All this and more, is beauty to me
