Ignorant Bliss

They say ignorance is bliss

Truths so simple easy to miss

People just want to be left be

They are just to busy to REALLY try and see

This world is a bleeding soul crying out in pain

We use ignorance like a cripple uses a cane

We shudder and hide from the wicked reality

Hopping not to become just another fatality

Reality is like a never ending bad acid trip

That wont let go once it has you in its grip

So I wont fight it and I wont look away

Ill brave the hell that hides from day

I wont close my eyes and I wont turn my back

I dont fall in with anyone I dont run with the pack

I have chosen pain, hurt and anger over bliss

Those simple truths -I- wont miss
