A Poem for Emma.

.

I watch in surprise as a tear is born in the bottom of your eye,
As you remember the dim past and many bad feelings gone by.
For these things have been etched into the depths of your brain,
But a lotion of God’s Love and tears will remove all of that pain.
For the past is only memories and cannot bring hurt any more,
So sweep them behind you as garbage and then close the door.
We are invincible as we journey together in this beautiful dream,
And those hurts of the past will be gone from now on it will seem.

.

Very caring letter.I am sad to say there will times that she will cry. Maybe not as often. I have gone for years not cry then something will trigger the tear. It all part of the healing process. I like the letter of support and love that this poems gives to the reader. It leaves the reader cheering for that person. What a wonderful friend to write such a lovely poem of cheer

That is so nice of you to reach out in friendship to her. Sometimes all it takes is that one person caring to make all the difference. I have found that to be true with my AP family. Take care, Sandy

Sandy, I have only met Emma through AP so it is a great way of extending the hand of Friendship, all I know is that she is a fellow Australian and needed help.
