If I only praise and pray to God in the morning,
a small child is still hungry.
If I only praise and pray to God at noon,
the sick are still lonely.
If I only praise and pray to God in the evening,
many are still cold.
Should I only praise and pray
Or are my works the best.

Very true points you made:
If we don't do anything, how are we going to reach people for Christ -
you have touched me very much with this verse, dear one, your message does not fall on deaf ears ... indeed, the best worship is done through our deeds and not just by uttering pious words alone ... devotion in action is certainly the best proof of our love for the divine ...
thank you so much for sharing this wonderful poem with me ...

These are good thoughts for anyone seeking to live a spiritual life. It all counts, what we think and what we believe, and how we demonstrate these in our actions. "Charity" in its original sense meant a love which gives. I think that Marion will applaud this, as I do. Thank you for joining the celebration for Marion with this deep thought.
