A Prayer:
Dear God,
People are asking for rest, all kinds of rest -
Rest for minds, rest for bodies, and rest for their spirits.
May I learn from You that the secret of rest is to come unto You.
It is not always easy to come to You because, often, I stand in the way.
Pride, selfishness, and the desires of my heart block my way.
And, Lord, as I come unto You,
may I learn more and more to allow people to come to me.
As You give me rest and peace and depth of soul
may I do my best to meet the needs of those who come to me.
May I accomplish this through Your strength and power.
Thank You for Your love-filled promise,
"I will give you rest!"
In Jesus' Name, Amen.

It's ok not to be strong at times but with a prayer and Jesus Christ we can be strong all the way....

Not on our own. We have to depend on Him and our spirit. There's a verse that say's "We can do all things through Jesus Christ that strengthen us" You see is through Jesus Christ not by ourselfs. He always want to be in the mist of everything no matter what. When I say this I am speaking to myself as well... 
We can do alot but when we do things on our own we tend to mess things up because we are not perfect. Only if we don't but Him first in the situation of course.

I learn something about "god" from my highschool senior teacher

Loved your prayer! My teenage daughter complains all the time that she's tired. Well that's because she is under the burden of sin and has not surrendered to the Lord. Please pray that she does.
