The first step is quiet
Except for a klunk
Skate to the middle,
Calm down or you’re sunk
Position your body,
Wait for the music
Silence fills the rink
Show them you can do it
A melody starts playing,
Do simple little movements
Soon, the fun will begin
In just a few moments
Here it is, that special part
It’s now upbeat, fast and fun
Skate around, gather up speed
Do a jump, get cheers from a ton
An axel, a loop, maybe a flip
The jumps keep coming, and now for a spin
A sit-spin, a back-spin, how about a camel?
This competition is easy to win
Run around the ice rink
Having a blast
Dancing gracefully while gliding on ice
A really fun hobby that you will love fast!

It's a great, lighthearted poem. There isn't much criticism that can be said because of the way the poem itself was structured, simply just there. There's not much of a deep meaning to it (that's just me, I may just be shallow-minded) and it's fun to read. Great job with the rhyming as well.
Congratulations on winning gold! -
This is a really nice poem. It was fun to read.
I love how it rhymes
I love ice-skating but I'm not allowed go very often because of ballet.
Thank you for entering my contest
good luck
