Come dance with me
I promise
To teach you how to move
We'll sing and laugh and tango
And we'll both learn how to groove
Of course it doesn't matter
If we know how to dance
It's knowing that we both tried
And that we took the chance
Listen to the music
Hear the pounding beat
Twist and spin and twirl
Can you stand in the heat?
Call on the rain
It always seems to be there
Auburn, Hawaii, football games
It's really everywhere!
So dance the night away
And hope that it'll last
But think mostly in the present
Before it 'comes the past

This poem made me feel like you were wanting someone to come to you, to be with you, it made me think as if you were wanting a realationship. When i think of dancing and tango i think of passion and disire...great job! If this poem truly only ment dancing, well i took it diffently and to me that means your great at writing...or i am just seeing it wrong haha...good job.

Nice! I love to dance and I think it is important to the human psyche to move your body to the rhythm. I really like the last two lines in the poem.
