Something uplifting
You wanted to hear
So come sit down
And lend me your ear.
I'll tell you a story,
Of love and romance,
A brand new beginning,
A new second chance.
I was so low,
One cold winter day,
I'd been broken and scarred,
And felt thrown away.
I'd been lied to and left,
And cast from my world,
All of my plans,
Were crumpled and hurled.
I'd cried for so long,
I was at my wits ends,
I sat down to chat,
And make some new friends.
He sent me a message,
And he sounded sincere,
He wanted to meet me,
And said he lived near.
I was weary at first,
So he turned on his cam,
And he looked so gentle,
Like a soft little lamb.
He came out to see me,
At my moms place,
I opened the door,
And there was that face.
His eyes were so pure,
And his smile so bright,
I knew from that moment,
He was my "Mr. Right".
It's been 3 months now,
Since that day we first met,
And that awesome first kiss,
That i'll never forget.
I've never been happier,
Or felt so loved,
From pain into hope,
My heart has been shoved.
So I admit I was wrong,
For my friends on AP,
Good things DO happen,
Even to me.

Soooooo glad to see you in good spirits. This piece rhymes beautifully and reflects the light happy spirit your are experiencing. It rings loud and clear with a never give up message.
Oh, did you forget to hit enter in the last line of your first stanza?
You may have intended that the first verse be 3 lines, but all the rest are 4, so it makes me wonder 
Stay happy for a very long time, ya hear?!?!!
