A Tribute to the "L" Word

"Your love was as pure
As the swamps of your cold heart.
Dark, murky, water."

"A boy found a love as an art
And it seemed to come straight from the heart.
   Her heart was but stout--
And the boy soon found out:
That she never did love him to start."

Author notes

A haiku and a limmerick to the tribute for the L word.  Few people know what it means--but many use it.  I needed to vent a bit--I'm sure I don't really feel this way about her--its probably just my upsetness talking right now.
Both suck, but posting them makes me feel better.  Don't say they're good--I'll know you're just being nice and I won't trust you.

Ok, i won't say their nice because they aren't really, but i will say i am pretty sure i understand them and their meaning is in the saddest of ways beautiful.
I don't really enjoy stuff like this mainly for the fact it makes me feel kinda.....hopeless, i guess, is a fitting word.
    Hope things get better/clearer.
