Another miracle has just happened today
blessed with Kennedy, a baby so sweet
there are no words that begin to describe
how your daughter makes you complete.
Her cute little cheeks are so red and rosy
she has ten tiny fingers and ten tiny toes
Her beautiful big eyes look into yours
as you lean to kiss her cute button nose.
The moment she was born was so special
your hearts were overflowing with love
many tears flowed as you said a prayer
you were blessed by the good Lord above.
You will always cherish your dear daughter
and always help her be all that she can be
mommy and daddy will keep her from harm
your love will guide her for all eternity.
Always an overwhelming joyful feeling
whenever a new mother experiences birth
it's a feeling like no other for a mother
unlike any other she'll experience on earth.
Your sweet Kennedy, so peaceful sleeping
now and then she moves her lips and smile
your hearts are filled with so much love
and wonder as you sit and watch awhile.

Sandy, this was beautiful! You had no way of knowing, but her walls are painted pink and then one wall has these colored strips on it like your background. Cool, huh? Congratulations to you for having 4 already!! HOw wonderful! And now we share a birthday-

Aww!! This is a very adorable poem. I wouldnt know, but i there is know better feeling than holding your daughter, or son, after they were born. This was a beautiful poem, and it made me think about the relationship between my mother and myself. My favorite part of the poem were these lines:
