The Used and The Bruised

there once was a girl
she had a mother who loved her
and a daddy who hugged her
they loved her so
she had 3 sisters and a big brother
he'd always look out for her
oh they loved her so
but she couldn't feel
the love that they gave her
and she couldn't return
the love that they gave her

oh she feels used
and her heart is bruised
she can't get over the pain he caused her
he was her first love
and he broke her heart
oh she feels used
and her heart is bruised

there once was a girl
who thought this world was cruel
she'd go around thinking about
how much better life could be
if only she was prettier
if only she was skinnier
then everything would be alright

oh she feels so used
and her soul is bruised
she can't get over the pain he caused her
he was her first love
and he broke her heart
oh she feels so used
and her soul is bruised

\Much sadness inside, especially, "and he broke her heart", much as I hope this is not true, sadness looms those who are themselves sad, and many times have I written words like this. I hope to see you around soon!
