How amazing you are Almighty God
and how you love me so,
How through your word you inspire me,
and as the Lebanon's I grow.
The words you give in written form
all help me to see,
that if I abide in you with them
then you'll abide in me.
You have taught me how to love you,
how to achieve your will in life,
I delight in your commandments
in both prosperity and strife.
You have set me at your table
from which I eat of all you give,
beside still waters and valleys deep,
your words guide the way I live.
With just a word storms are calmed,
and mountains are removed,
seas are parted and wounds are healed
with just a word from you.
So I will burn your words inside my heart
and seal them in my mind,
all my seed will bare the fruit
of the words you've left behind.
To all I meet, your words fall as blankets,
of inspiration and of delight
and in my dreams they'll dance as melodies,
as I slumber through the night.
I will walk within your shadow
for my cup; it runneth over
my days are long and plenty
as I dwell beneath your cover.
Enlarge my boundaries, O my Lord,
as I bless you bless in return,
for from the beginning you are the Word,
and for you I deeply yearn.

An enjoyable write; loved the strong ending; nicely done. The second stanza reminds of my poem called "Human Warranty" - perhaps you would like it.

Oh Moose! This is just breathtaking! Your work has been such a wonderful surprise to me! Even though Ashley sang your praises to the hilt, I had to see for myself, and experience the joy that you exude through your beautiful work! There's such a clear and strong testimony of the love you have for the Lord, and what He's done in your heart and life! I'm blessed each time I read you! I can't tell you enough how very glad I am you decided to come and be a part of the AP family, and that you'd be willing to share the gift that God has given you for words, and more importanlty, your willingness to reach out and touch people here with your testimony!
