The violins set out to play, symphony No. five
Mozart described many a life, in his symphony No. five
The bows touch the strings, determined to describe this symphony No. five
The journey begins, never wanting to end symphony No. five
Sitting in awe, the people stare listening to symphony No. five
The music dances all around their souls, symphony No. five
This is exactly what Mozart wanted in his symphony No. five.

This poem is a simple description of the wonder many find in music. I agree with cherch -d -ame, music does indeed conjure many visions, as does this poem. Thank you for entering it.

Mozart indde had many visions for his music I am sure , as do all musicians
. You got that point across very well. Silly me though ...by you choosing to write about Symphony No.5, in my head I kept repeating "Beethoven's fifth"
. Best wishes in this contest,
