In dreams nothing was ever so beautiful
Even when dreaming of heaven
Walking with someone was never wonderful
Even when the view was more perfect
My strange fantasies were never heard well
Even when I spoke them to everyone
Jumping around was never quite so much fun
Even when I could do it all day
My anger was never quite so calmed
The way it is when you smiled at me
My heart never beat quite so fast
The way it does when you hold my hand
My mind was never quite so clouded
The way it is when you are kissing me
My body never felt so complete
The way it does when I hold you close
You can speak to me about the silliest things
Even when you are bothered with something
You can stay close and comfort me
Even when there are hundreds of people around
You are powerful and strong in yourself
Even when the circumstances would crush me
You somehow manage to say you love me more
Even though I would steal the world just for you
You are my mind, my heart, and my thoughts
In all that you do you amaze and awe me
All the strength I have barely holds me
When you kiss me and say "I love you so much"
