Every picture of you and me
Doesn't justify how we should be
Even after everything
I'm still here, I'm still waiting.
After so long, should we really
End on this note, such tragedy
I couldn't help myself from
Finally telling you my thoughts.
You couldn't contain yourself
Secrets are things you've never known
And you say you tell me everything
But now I think that's changing
I can't just let you go
We've been through
So much more than this,
This one incident.
I wish you would've done more
And I wish I could have said
Everything I kept hiding
All the feelings I repressed.
Here we are, still together
Things are different now
And I think they'll be forever
All because of us...
Not talking, not even whispering
Not thinking it's not okay
And never just once considering
That we could die one day.

I think this is beautifully written.
I also know deep down in my heart you have written at least something since Jan. of 2006 and I think all of us at allpoetry would love to read it Jen.

This is a sad, piece, it really hit home with me.
Dude, I remember some of that stuff you wrote in Creative Writing, it was so good.
