Balmy Shades of Deep Azure Nights

Across my bedroom window sill,
a languid breeze of softness still.
In shallow wisps of angel's breath,
drifts across my skin in delicateness.

A gossamer paleness covers my room,
from starlit haze and moonlight's bloom.
Subdued on sheets of tufted satin,
smooth as silk, soft fluffy batten.

Eyes flutter gazing in the pale starlight,
scattered downiness drifts throughout the night.
Fresh scented rose fragrance softly waffs,
in calming pleasure sweet sleep overtakes.

    I love how the picture this poem gives me...it's such a comforting feeling and really captures the sense of serenity you can feel in a moment such as that.

    night angels breeze

    Dream of softness , weaved with such a delicate prose like the
    feathered touch of a breeze ; so light, even the words seem
    to flow with lightedness . A little jewel of the night.
