Liken to the spring
A friendship ever growing
Will end in due time
Flowing ever on
The stream of life goes winding
Intertwining us
Love will come and go
Taking you which way it might
But friends are steady
Author notes
Not my best, but still. I know the flow is off, but I was focusing more on metaphore in these.

I was never saying Buddhism was completely false. I have done indepth studies of all the major religions of the world along with studies on a lot of smaller religions and cults. Many "religions" have strong philosophies behind them. Buddhism is more of a way of life than an actual religion. Although there are parts of it like the belief in only the present and such like that, there is more of the actual way of like like following the 8 fold path. The haiku's look better now, btw.

Thanks. I edited it to your suggestions. Remember though, all falsehoods have some truth in it. I have actually studied buddhism a little bit. Life is like a river, otherwise we wouldnt have the river of life. Just because something is in a different religion doesnt mean that it is automatically false. Most of the time its just a bit flawed.

Wow... very lovely job. Like I've suggested several times before, I think this would look better centered. But that's just a personal opinion. I do love the metaphors you used here. Oh, in the title put "(Haiku)" so people who are looking through your stuff will know that. It's what a lot of people on here do... so just a suggestion for you. Anyways... very awesome job. Every haiku speaks a different truth and gives new meaning to the set of haiku's. Loves will come and go, but friendship will last. Now, the thing that confused me was your first stanza seemed like it was saying that friendships will eventually go away. I wasn't sure on that one. Maybe it was a mistake? Oh, and that second stanza there seemed like... a Buddhist approach to life
Incase you haven't ever studied Buddhism, it is pretty much that we're all connected through this all-present force... it's hard to explain, but ya. Just made me think of that. Well, awesome job! You seem to have quite the style of writing these three haiku set poems, but it looks great! Keep it up!
