what is love

love is joy and sorrow,
peace and chaos,
death and life,
pain and pleasure
hate and caring,
devotion and cheating,
all put in to one thing

    Lis is right. Love is...
    love -
    (n.)
    An intense emotional attachment.
I'd have to say that not all love has these things you wrote about here since love is not only there between lovers. It's also between family and friends and sometimes...even strangers.
The one thing that love is for sure is some sort of comfort but comfort does get boring, no matter what anyone says. *shrug* I'm just commenting because I've got nothing else to do.

To each is their own..I just did a huge run down on what love is and how it works..some people say it cant be defined, which is just bull I mean, it's in the dictionary, what better than to look up something man-made in a man-made book. Short, but definitely clear..nice one!
