Annies back at Uni,
she’s in the lecture hall.
She’s feeling under the weather,
a bit run down that’s all.
Her jeans are tight this morning,
they fit snugly to her bum.
They feel a tad prickly,
in fact they do quite rub.
Finally, she driven wild
and she leaps up on her feet.
She wiggles and she jiggles,
it’s quite a sight to see!
The students they start sniggering
as she waggles to the door.
‘I’m going to the ladies’
and she off down the corridor.
As the toilet door closes behind her,
she whips down her tight jeans.
There’s a big red sore lump
right between her cheeks.
Unable to resist it
she gives it, a real good scratch.
She scratches until the bloody thing goes
SPLAT.

Not sure what you don't understand. LOL
Annie has a boil on her bum and scratches it, she's got it because she parties too hard (see previous Annie poems by Welshdragon and TheThinker) and is under the weather (not very well). The boil is irritated by wearing tight jeans and she scratches it until it bursts.
Definition of a boil: a localized swelling and inflammation of the skin resulting from infection in a skin gland, having a hard central core, and forming pus. URGH...
