TIGER LILY
Bend in a summer breeze
Tranquil in meadow green
lily surrenders to the sun
Stark beauty sight unseen
Kissed by the morning dew
Heaven sent this sunny day
Creations of such splendor
Dressed in colorful array
The wind wraps around her
She gently dances and sways
Bbursting with sheer coloes
Stretching towards the rays
Draws you in with her beauty
Colors seem to mesmerise
Then takes your breath away
Exhilaration through the eyes
Softly she dances with grace
Lily is a tigress hidden within
Opens with the morning sun
Her seduction will soon begin

Wow.. this is a splendid poem. So beautifully written, so serene and calming. I felt such peace in me when I read it. I am glad you chose the lily, it is the meaning of my name and is very special to me. I really love the background as well, and the picture. So pretty and heartwarming.
I especially love this line:

opens with the morning sun
