Choirangel, Thank you so very much my dear sweet niece, both for the applause and your lovely words. This was my first attempt at the shadow acrostic and it was so nice to be able to do it for my AP daughter. I'm very happy that you enjoyed it and yes they are unique. Love you always, Auntie Joyce

run, Thank you very much for the applause and your lovely words. The acrostic would always capitalize the first letter of each sentence as well as bolding it. I chose to capitalize the last also since it was a shadow or mirror effect. I'm very happy that you enjoyed it. Love and blessings for you, today and always. Joyce

I love the uniqueness! The capitalization was a great way to emphasize what you wanted to get across... I really liked it.

This was really fun, but I wish she had a different name. Those tough letters made the shadow hard to do. Love and blessings for you, today and always. Joyce

Jessica, Thank you for coming by and reading as well as leaving me with your inspiring words. This did take a lot of patience as I chose a tough name to do my first Shadow Acrostic for. I saw one very recently and said I have to do this. So it was for my newest AP daughter that I did this tribute. You're very welcome and I will be stopping by to read more of your work. I'm just trying to finish up a write for a contest at the moment. Love and blessings for you, today and always. Keep smiling, you never know who's watching. Joyce

    Interesting!

This was great! Looks difficult to write something like. It would frustrate the crap out of me to be so confined with my writing. But I admire your patience and talent to do so! Thanks again by the way for all the encouragement. You keep it up too!

Karis, Thank you for coming into my life. I wanted to do something special for you and this is what came out. I'm so happy that you love it. I think we have both been blessed, that works both ways. I have a huge smile on my face right now after seeing your words. I have found a wonderful extended family in here and you my little one are the newest addition to it. I'll always be here for you. Thank you for making me so happy.
    Lots of love, Mom xoxoxoxo

angel, Thank you so much for the lovely comment. I am waiting for her to see it. I sent her an IM with a link to it. I don't think she has been on. Last time she was here she mentioned PC problems. I'm so happy that you enjoyed this and I have a big smile after seeing all the positive response to this, my first Shadow Acrostic. Love and blessings for you my friend, today and always. Joyce

Dee, Thank you so much for the applause and the lovely words you gave to me. It is quite a compliment. This wasn't easy due to the letters I had to work with. I love Acrostics and they normally come very easy to me, this was the toughest one I've ever done. Thank you again for your words of praise. Love and blessings for you my friend, today and always. Pam, I had not heard of it either. I just saw one the other day while reading and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I just knew I had to do one. Thank you so much for the applause and your lovely words. So complimentary!!! It is way cool to find the new forms to experiment with. I'll say one thing, my new AP daughter had a tough name to work with here. LOL Thank you again for your praise, you know how much it means coming from you. Love and blessings for you my dear friend, today and always.

Thjis is truly a fine acrostic, sunny day. I've done some acrostics and enjoy doing them but have never tried one where both the beginning and the end of each line reflect the acrostic. I think that would be rather difficult but you did it beautifully

You've done a wonderful job with this one and should be proud of it..as should your AP daughter

Shancy, Thank you so much for the applause and the lovely comment. It is quite a compliment you give to me here. This was challenging only for the fact that the letters I had to use made it tough. I love the Acrostics and I just read one of these recently and knew I had to attempt it. It appears I have done a decent job of it. My daughter has not been on since I posted this today, I can't wait for her to see it. I'm getting more excited now that I'm getting more and more praise for it. Always an inspiration, again I thank you. Love and blessings for you my friend, today and always. Joyce

Lion, Thank you so much for the lovely comment. I do love the acrostics and trying this style of it was great. My daughter made it very tough with those letters in her name. LOL They are so fun to write though. I have done many Acrostics now, non-rhyming, rhyming, palindrome and now the shadow. Awesome. Thank you again. Love and blessings for you my friend, today and always. Joyce

Reenie, Thank you so much for the lovely compliment. It was quite challenging only because of the letters in my daughter's name. LOL She just wanted to make it tough on mom. I'm sure with your talent you could do one of these. Acrostics are not as hard as people believe them to be. Love and blessings for you my friend, today and always. Joyce

You are motivated by challenge, aren't you girl??? I have seen this once before but didn't know the name of it-shadow acrostic makes perfect sense. Boy if I didn't think regular acrostics was enough of a challenge-I certainly think this one is.
I am convinced there is no form you couldn't do and do well. This was a trophy winner, even if it wasn't in a contest. It's almost as good as your best poem you ever wrote-but that one will be impossible to top-hehe!!! ♥ vj

Navdeep, The form itself isn't that tough, it was the letters I had to use that made this one a little tougher than it would normally be. It was my first and I thank you for the applause and your wonderful comment. Again you praise me leaving me humbled by your words. Thank you for taking the time to read about my new AP daughter. I loved your newest and I want to see more. And you are the bestest!!!

Anybody related to Grams is welcome and beloved by me. Tell her I am her friend and us being cousins I guess aunt. Oh my I'm an auntie. I better get my 26 on. I have lots of younger AP cousins who are like my nieces already so tell her to drop by is she needs an ear or a friendly chat. I used to be a Goth and if she's that then I understand antiauthoritarianism too. Everyone, including me, just wants some of Grams pixie dust love. Ciao now. Great write.
