All Poetry has No meaning anymore. . .

I remember when we first met,
She was this beautiful girl,
Blue eyes shining
Grin flashing,
Blonde hair bouncing.

She could do anything,
She played on all the sports teams,
She sang in the choirs,
Attended church every Sunday,
More then that,
She tends to the sick, and the needy.

And those smiles, that smile never stopped shining.
And she smiled it for me,

Sometimes I wish so hard,
That she wasn’t so damn perfect,
So she’d be able to smile my way a little more.

I never meant to destroy her.
