Entanglement #30

"To say 'I love you' one must know first how to say the 'I'.”
~ Ayn Rand

Tenderly, with ease of a simple
touch, my world tilts in such a conformed
manner that everything else seems to berate
this longing felt...and at the same time,
held back -until you came

held back, until I came...
your longing has now captured me

Elegance wasn't factored...
for now, its time that stops,
our breathing does a prelude
to what's going to be an overture
of a symphony

breathing, in time that has stopped...
yet it plays a symphony

This night, as virtue is still honored,
a brief moment of shyness intercedes;

we are drawn closer, nevertheless...
upon the first touch, the night begins

watch quickly as it fades away into the mists
of our seductive dance

sensual, rhythmic...
sharing this space in time

As we now lay, a dreamily
reverie approaches--silently, nothing
is said that hasn't been said...

and I marvel at your ebony skin...
my twilight desires twirl and spin

Embraced rapture soon encompasses-
tonight...

with hearts pounding...
this is the night

...is only one of many
