Buck Up(Swap Quatrain)

Buck up old girl get rid of strife
Don't let your troubles mar your life
Let happiness, let joy unfurl
Get rid of strife buck up old girl

Discard that frown be real jolly
There's no fun in melancholy
Much better to be up than down
Be real jolly discard that frown

With your sweet beau go out tonight
Dine, dance romance by candlelight
And far away your woes will go
Go out tonight with your sweet beau

As far as I can tell this has nothing to do with the contest... maybe if you had followed directions it would have helped... but you didn't.

I've never heard of Swap Quatrains. This is my first.
Buck up - that phrase reminds me of my grandpa.
Thanks for the memory and if I had a beau I would certain out to dinner and dancing go.
Best of luck in the contest.
