What I refuse to forgive owns me until I release it.
This has been my experience. Until I am able to let go of the past with love and forgiveness, I am bound by my own anger and resentment. To find forgiveness does not require that I disregard your wrongs toward me. It only requires that I be honest enough with my own faults to realize that I am truly no better or worse than you. This is not an easy truth to face, but it is well worth the effort. If I refuse, I am destined to relive the hurt time and again and little by little it kills my spirit.

Forgiveness.. seems a small word for a huge task.. somethings are easier to forgive than others, but you are right while you hold resentment you will always have that rat in your gut gnawing away at you..

You are doing some deep soulwork. This has to reverberate in the Universe and come back to you to feed you more. what a briliant piece of work you are doing.
I am doing a book for publication. It is called "Pot of Gratitude." if you look at my homepage www.shewolfnative.com You will begin to see some of the work I am doing.
I am jsut haing the site done, so so far, all that is showing is the blog. But there will be a regular homepage, and flcikr, audio recordings, paypal for offering courses, etc.
