The tree of life

Stories are exchanged and memories born anew
Just like a tree affecting by nature itself
Some blossom and bring joy to all, even an insect
Some provide shades for a passenger along the way
And some lose their essence and beauty
No flowers or fruits, fallen branches and leaves
Some are weak and fall of quick
Thousand of roots and yet don't grow deep

The roots of my soul grow deep
A lot of scars and yet great memories
I am the blessing tree
A heart full of branches and leaves
Touching by the mourning sun and a gentle breeze
Just like a fishing net
Collecting everything and some times nothing

My branches are spread wide to the sky
I nourish those who love me even those who don't
But sometimes, those who say they love me, love me not
They take advantage, and cut me piece by piece
Yet I hold on firm and strong
For my roots live in the depths of the soils of life

Thousand of my leaves fall off within a year
Some drift and float with the wind
Some dry and die along the way
Other float across the border
Tenderly caress and bring hope to some dying souls
While some friends are found along the journey
Jealousy turn good friends into foes
Opportunity found and lost
Harmony and agony
Some remain lost and some are found again

With all the leaves that ever fall off
Some are ignored and some are raked
Some are piled up and then burn
And later turn into dust
So much for the shades of yesterday
So much for the joy of a passenger along the way
Happiness of all people and insects

Destroy not the leaves that alight on your steps
Collect those that suits you best
For the rest belong to someone else
Let another home find its happiness
While trekking on the path of a good life
Someone Else's life is being wrecked
Let float of that leaf for it may erase sadness,
and add joy into a dying soul

All trees have a purpose
Some may provide a passenger with a little shades
Some may tame a heart with just a rose
and some may just be your next basket of fruits
So kill not the tree that nourishes the soul
For if it is dead, you will soon too
Hunger and sadness

i find large amounts of solace in trees whether they be winter-bare or lush with summer. i swear they speak to me their changing seasons are like the changes in my life.

this is beautiful, and says so much... a mighty oak or a soft willow, we are all like these magnificent trees ...this is such a meaningful poem. i enjoyed reading it,it has a calmness to it.

    This was beautiful, and sad

But sometimes, those who say they love me, love me not

    that reminds me of me
sometimes its not that they in fact dont love its that they dont know how
    never did
dont know how to show it
    give up
    or just dont care
hope all the best to you
    God bless
    ~Waiting
