I dont know how to say goodbye
i couldnt tell you how many times i try
you hurt me once
but never twice
so its the memories behind my eyes
and all they know is your mouth full of lies

i dont know how to say goodbye
but i can tell you i know how to cry
plenty of tears have fallen from my eye
at least one for every star in the sky
time really does fly by
and its time that i say goodbye

but i dont know how to say goodbye
if i said i did, i would only be a lie
its time i leave the memory behind
i have now made up my mind
show me how to say goodbye
i dont know how to say goodbye

    A VERY WONDERFUL AND HEARTFELT POEM

    Your words are heartfelt and I get the impression that you are wanting them to end it for you both. If you really want to leave you should be the one to speak up and say so. It would be best for you both.
