In my mind
and in my heart
that is where the trouble start

All the time
and only mine
is the sorrow of my kind

The wish to push away
and hold close to me
to let go or stay.

I know what is best
and what can't be done
yet I am not that strong..

forgive me for what I feel
and what I do, but
I'll never mean to hurt you..

I refuse to make the same mistake
again and again..
yet time seems to push me

down the same rabbit hole over and over again

this is good, i like the rhyming...4th stanza seemed a bit off in that sense, but still a good write
