Say goodnight to the dreams of yesterday's twilight...
Death and sorrow enfolds, the end defeats the purpose of life
in the wake of poseidon.

In excess, we disregard the glories
of the night in endless fall.
awaiting the turn of events from the aftermath of modern day
catastrophes of an avenging sky.

We,in the enigmatic centuries of strife
had endearingly kept the promise of hope in the rites
of winter's solace.

Wow! The entire time I was thinking of Katrina, and I hadn't even realized that was the inspiration! Awesome work here! Nice word choice!

Sounds great so far, and it actually fits the other hurricaines and natural disaters that have befallen us too!! If it is not finished, yet then I shall return to read again, I liked it the way it was though!
