Love does heal...at least temporarily. I think I could write a treatise on what love does and doesn't do, I've become an expert through my failures, lol
This had a connecting to Del...this place can be creepy sometimes...most times.

beautiful series of short haiku--(???) which have developed into an overall ultra-beautiful write Mari. when I really start writing this form, you'll know that you are the powerful and tremendous influence!

Another form which I think you will do well, I have been reading your free verses and find it equally wonderful especially with your brilliance.
Words flow gracefully when it comes from the heart. -
I very much liked the progression in this piece. Maybe just needed one more verse to tie 'zeal' back to the 'heart. Very well done my friend.

I knew Del only for a few months before he left us, but what a marvelous poet he was. His work will live in our hearts forever.
