When your minds wheels are turning
and your heart is heavy laden
Be still.
When the world's troubles
seem to lie heavy on your shoulders
Be still.
When you feel alone in a raging storm
and no one hears your cry
Be still.
When the worry and despair
scream loud in your heart
Be still.
When the pain of defeat and fear
overwhelm you beyond compare
Be still.
When your mind lies heavy
with uncontrollable thoughts
Be still.
Listen...
and let God create a calm
in the depths of your heart
Be still.
listen for His voice,
His gentle calling
Be still.
Know...
that He is God.
Be still...
