Christmas time is oh so fun

Christmas time is oh so fun,
Let me tell you my story,
it's just begun.

Once a year,
I like to come out.
Out of my box
ever so careful do I peer.

Little children fast asleep,
Crawling quietly,
I begin to creep.

First to the tree,
All bright and shining,
I stroke my Goatee,
and begin to muse.

How pretty?
How Lovely?
But oh so better,
hung with eyes and with teeth
of an old Irish Setter!

Now to stockings hung so nice
What could I do
but stuff them with mice?

Now to the bed, tucked in so tight
oh sleeping children,
if only you knew what a fright
you will be given!

I slink to my box
a great grin on my face
"Such a clever old fox!"
I say to myself.

I shall wait till they awake
to hear their screams
and hear them quake

Then till next year
I bid you adeau
For Christmas is a great time
to spread holiday fear.
