Christmas is here,
But where's the cheer?
The returns never stop,
No room in parking lots.
People in malls,
Are fighting for dolls.
The carts are crashing,
People are scratching,
Hair gets pulled,
Credit cards are full.
Just when you think it's almost over,
You have to buy for old Rover.
The Christmas rush will never end!
Next year we get to do it again!

Christams, the most over rated time of cheer there ever has been, thats because the reasons for it have changed, instead of being a religious time of rememberance it has become a time of indulgence to ones family and friends, we have to HAVE that certain toy for little billy, little jenny has to have one of them ugly looking dolls that everyone craves for and so far from being a time of cheer it is a time of excessive stress and financial burden which is over five minutes after the kids have ripped the paper off all the gift they have been bought, oh and then dinner, again over indulgence far to much to eat and far to many dishes to wash up afterwards, you really have depicted the 'normal' christmas here, well done

Very cute and well described... People really do go crazy around this time of year. I like the part about old rover.
Great job, keep it up.
