Forget your's and his first kiss it's just another painful memory that going to hold you back. Stop thinking about the past how good things between you and him used to be somwhere in the back of your mind you knew it wouldn't last remember all those times he let you down before this in the past. Forget the way he used to look at you, how much he made you smile look at yourself now and how much he has made you cry. Don't focus on yesterday you can't go back think about today he has changed the old him you knew and grew to love his never coming back. Erase him from your mind all he is, is a waste of thought space that fills your mind. Rip up all the pictures you and him took forget how good you and him looked together remember its over now and you've got to be strong. Forget the words to the songs that remind you and him together it's only going to make you miss him and want him back more then you already do. DON'T think about the sad look in his eyes when you see him walking bye remember he brought this upon himself. Just don't let him know how much your hurting or see you cry.
