    There has been an amazing response to the John Lennon contest, and well I remember first seeing them on the Ed Sullivan show looking like the picture above. Your lyrics are great and provide a fantastic nostalga trip for those of us who were there Good luck in the contest!!!

    I simply love it when pure desire is expressed in words, when wants become graphic and and as enticing as this." I want you/I love you /Please take me home" It lessens the complexity of love. This is surely a wonderful write. Keep it up

    Never was a beatle fan so I missed the subtile message of this write, but I didn't want to wasted your points. I suppose these are new lyrics to an old song, if I knew the tune I am sure I would love this. I enjoy recreating well know tunes myself, just not this genre.

    This is very song-like. I don't know whether you intended that or not, but it really adds to the flow and the meaning of the poem--especially because the repetition reitterates an essential meaning of the poem. Lovely write for the both of you, Nice job!
