The look in your eyes
When I said I was leaving...
Those crystal blue eyes
In that pretty young face.
You looked as if I
Had crushed your heart
And I wanted nothing more
Than to hold you tight.
Your firm, young body
And that "wise-beyond" smile
Leave a trail of lust
In this old lady's mind.
But you are forbidden
By decency and law
To be anything other
Than a kid with a crush.
The look in your eyes
When I said I was leaving...
Those crystal blue eyes
Filled with despair.
What a beautiful young thing you are.
