Praise in your name Promised Lord

  Dear Lord,
  I ask of you this as your humble servant.
Please hold all that you have called home
or ever will of those I 've loved and lost.
Show them your precious compassion and touch
their soft hair ever so lightly in you sweet way.
  I ask this not for myself,for if you in your infinite mercy will but take them in to your loving
care forever.I shall not ask for more.If I have transgressed in my thoughts or actions unintentionally.
I beg your merciful forgiveness and surrender my immortal spirit into what ever judgment you deem fit.
   Just please protect the souls I have had your
tender mercy to have held so close to my heart.
I am but your committed servant and my own soul
if need be a weary pawn worn and tired yet forever grateful for your loving gifts bestowed within my
life.
   My sacrifice of my own soul is of little value
compared to your gifts of loved ones and all the natural beauty that has surrounded this woman's life.

                      Amen
          In the name of the Father,
               and of the Son,
          and of the Holy spirit.

              ~~~~Suseann~~~
    I love the presentation of this piece. The chosen font seems to hang in the air with the wondrous background giving a feeling of the immensity to which you are speaking, and the wondrous pic of the clouds elevates the thoughts.
    The thoughts, hopes and petitions contained are universal and felt by all. When a life is removed from this place there are two paths of thought to follow- biology and the electrochemical processes we call life have ceased and what we knew as a person is truly "dead" and "gone" -or- contained within the biological unit was an eternal spirit which has left us to live on in various realms, one of which we call "heaven". Obviously we are dealing with the latter here, my personal belief also, and if we are to believe that the spirit is off and doing in other realms... Oh, in our loss how we hope and pray that "they" are in good and loving "hands". This piece is a wondrous testament of crying out for the well being of one who has moved on, and conveys the sense of loss that one feels at their departure.
    One can expect no less than forgiveness and compassion from a truly devine god. Most likely judgement is human thing. In the Apocolypse of Paul, Ethiopian Fragment(pretty sure thats the right citation) Paul writes that all those suffering in hell will be released when those in heaven forgive them. So even in the after life, its our own sense of judgement that keeps people in suffering. I might add that a 5th century monk added a note to the text that that portion of the original text must be a misinterpretation. He added the note that there would be no salvation for the damned...ever. Amazing how people just can't grasp love and forgiveness.
    People judge... God loves and forgives... If we knew for sure, there would be no need for faith... I believe it likely your prayers have already been answered.
    Peace,
    ~RJ~
