DNA Info

How am I who I am?
They say it's DNA.
Was this grand slam
Played perfect by chance? --- No way!

The DNA in my cells
That has made all of me
Did not evolve in spirits and spells.
But was intelligently planned to be.

The amount of DNA info
Involved staggers the mind.
It's self-replication can not go slow
Or there would be no humankind.

There's enough info in a single cell
To fill an encyclopedia quite well,
30 volumes 3 or 4 times over per cell
Replicating the whole of us as it spins it's spell.

Where does the info all come from
That makes every new him or her?
All of the evidence points to some
Kind of brilliant intelligent programmer.

Microsoft founder Bill Gates
Says, --- "DNA is like a computer program,
But far, far more advanced [with higher stakes]
Than any software we've ever created." [and no spam!]

Now, computer programs don't write themselves.
A programmer is always involved.
And I don't mean one of Santa's elves,
But intelligent real people to get the problems solved.

Even with ages of time, a computer program cannot write itself.
The same is true of DNA.
A Great Intelligence put that info there Himself ---
Into every cell in our bodies today.

You don't see the computer programmer write the word
Processing software I am using to write to you.
There is no doubt it would be as absurd
That DNA wrote itself and Bill Gates had nothing to do.

The programming info in DNA
Was put there by an intelligent mind.
But Bill Gates this time did not have his way.
He did not make and does not own God's Creation --- humankind.
