the more i cry out for your love
the less that you display
the more i try to make you care
the more it goes away
the more i plead for your attention
the less that i receive
The more i ask for reassurance
the more that you deceive
The more i go to bed depressed
the less that you pretend
the more i realise what we are
the more i cant comprehend
the more overwhelming i become
the less i want to speak
the more frustrated you get with me
the more our prospects look bleak
the more you want to run away
the less im willing to fight
to keep you here to keep you near
to keep us working right
Ive thought alot about us
and I have the secret to our success
You need to start caring more
and i need to start caring less.
